Waffles are the attractive kind of baked recipe, which is used to eat, and you can use it for decorating. This recipe is used all over the world but famous in United States and Belgium. These waffles are cooked by baking dough in waffle iron, which are made only to make waffles. Now in market gluten free waffles are also available because these are made from flour and consist of gluten.
There are ample of waffles variety.

These varieties are served all over the world. Waffles are not of one shape there are different shapes and sizes, which attracts the children and adults as well. Varieties available in market are :-

  • American waffles – These waffles may be in any shape in round, square, triangle etc. these are used in breakfast, used in cakes, served with syrups, honey and with sugar power. Waffles were firstly introduced by the North America. Now days it becomes very popular amongst people.

  • Syrup waffles – These waffles are filled with syrup. These waffles are mostly found in round shape made with the help of butter, flour, brown sugar, milk and egg.

There is one recipe that how to make gluten free waffles –
Ingredients-

  • 16 oz cornstarch
  • 1lb silken tofu
  • 2tbs flax seed meal
  • 1tbs cup of water
  • 1tbs baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1tbps vinegar

How to cook :-

  • Mix tofu, baking powder, flax seed meal until and unless it is smoothly mashed.
  • Leave the mixture for 20- 30 minutes so it will absorb the moisture and mixture gets fluffy.
  • After this process, stir the cornstarch and vinegar as well
  • Stir it for sometime so that batter can be smooth. Add water to make its consistency.
  • After that, bake your material in waffle iron.
